Our firm’s history dates back over 30 years. Thomas Salmen, specialist attorney for family law and expert in inheritance law, labor law, and health care law, established the firm. In 2004, our civil law portfolio expanded by the fields of tenancy law and residential property law when Annette Würzberg joined the firm. Attorney Sven von Below joined in 2015 to complete our team. He has specialized in particular in labor law and travel law for more than a decade.

Since October 2015, we operate under the name of Salmen Würzberg von Below, with offices at Schadowplatz in Düsseldorf city center.
Our experience provides for tailored, individual advice, professional trial management, business expertise, legal expertise, and negotiating skills.

We advise individuals as well as small and medium enterprises. We draft contracts and advise on out-of-court settlements up to litigation and enforcement. We represent you before all courts nationwide in court proceedings.
In our work, we have now merged our entire legal and business and all of our experience. We are all experts in our fields.
