Annette Würzberg is an attorney and a certified specialist in lease and condominium law. She studied law at Georg-August University in Göttingen and completed her legal clerkship in the judicial district of the Higher Regional Court of Celle. After being admitted to the bar in 1995, she gained international experience at the law firm Odgen, Newell & Co. in Louisville, Kentucky. She has been a certified specialist in tenancy and condominium law since 2009.

In the area of tenancy law, she advises and represents both tenants and landlords in matters related to residential leases as well as commercial leases. Her advice and representation cover all aspects of drafting and reviewing lease agreements, as well as issues arising during an existing or terminated tenancy and their enforcement in court.

In condominium law, Attorney Würzberg advises and represents condominium owners and owners’ associations in all disputes arising within an association, between co-owners, or with the management.

Another focus of her legal practice lies in the areas of real estate law, such as advising and representing clients in the conclusion of purchase agreements or regarding warranty claims, as well as in the areas of real estate development contracts and real estate brokerage law.

Annette Würzberg is married and has one child.
